1. Introduction

3. Filing a Complaint
In case of problems related to orders, shipments, returns, defective products or other disputes, users can send a formal complaint to the contact details indicated above. The communication must contain:

  • User's first and last name;

  • Order number (if applicable);

  • Detailed description of the problem;

  • Any supporting documentation (photos, receipts, etc.).

4. Response and Resolution Times
Complaints will be handled as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 days of receipt, as required by art. 49 of the Consumer Code . The user will be informed of the actions taken and the possible outcome of the request.

5. Dispute Resolution
If the complaint does not find a satisfactory solution, the consumer can:

6. Competent Court and Applicable Law
Any disputes will be governed by Italian law , with exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan , except in cases where the consumer has mandatory jurisdiction.
