Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Introduction
This Returns and Refunds Policy governs the methods and conditions for returning products purchased on the website www.cinefive.it in compliance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for the protection of consumer rights.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code , the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without having to provide any reason within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send a written communication via email to support@cinefive.it or via registered mail to Via Roberto Tremelloni 15, 20128 Milan (MI), specifying:

The order number;

The products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal;

The preferred refund method.
3. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
For the return to be accepted, the products must meet the following conditions:

Be intact, unused and returned in the original packaging;

Have all accessories, manuals and seals intact;

Be shipped within 14 days of the withdrawal notification;

Be accompanied by a copy of the receipt or purchase invoice.
The right of withdrawal is NOT applicable to the following products pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code :

Personalized or made-to-measure goods;

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and which have been opened after delivery;

Sealed audiovisual products or computer software, opened by the consumer;

Digital content supplied on non-material media with express acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
4. Return Procedure
Once the withdrawal request has been approved, the user must send the product to the address communicated by our customer service. The shipping costs for the return are paid by the customer , except in the case of defective or non-compliant products.
It is recommended to use a traceable shipping method to avoid loss. The seller is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
5. Refund
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return and after checking the integrity of the product. The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise indicated by the customer.
In case of partial withdrawal on a multiple order, only the products actually returned will be refunded.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a return for a defective or non-compliant product.
6. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Pursuant to Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code , the products sold have a 24-month legal guarantee for defects of conformity. The consumer has the right to free repair or replacement of the defective product. If these solutions are not possible, a partial or total refund is provided.
To avail of the guarantee, the consumer must report the defect within 2 months of its discovery and provide proof of purchase.
7. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If the product received is defective or not compliant with the order, the customer must report it within 14 days of receipt, by sending an email to support@cinefive.it with:

Order number;

Description of the defect;

Photo of the defective or incorrect product.
The seller will replace or refund the product at no additional cost to the customer.
