SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Shipping within Italy
Shipments within Italy are handled via DHL Express at a cost of €12.99. Free shipping is available for orders that exceed the minimum threshold shown at checkout. Delivery times by the courier are estimated at 1–2 business days.

Shipping within the European Union
Shipments to EU countries are handled via DHL Express at a cost of €29.99. Free shipping is available for orders that exceed the minimum threshold shown at checkout. Delivery times by the courier are estimated at 3–5 business days.

International shipping
For shipments to other countries, costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Customs duties and taxes
For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
